How We Design Your Ring

Step 1 Communication Tell us about your dream engagement ring or other jewelry. Send us a photo (or even a sketch) of your jewelry idea. We will review it, discuss the different available options with you. Confirm the Custom Ring Size，Metal and Carats. We will provide the custom ring's price. |

Step 2 Pay $100 Deposit When we finish the communication, we will contact our design colleagues to produce a design draft of the ring. Before that, we need to pay a deposit of $100. This deposit is not refundable and deposit is included in the total amount of the ring/jewelry. |

Step 3 Confirm After you confirm the design draft of the ring, you need to pay the rest amount of the custom ring/jewelry.
After payment, we will start making the ring/jewelry. In this process, if you are not satisfied with the design draft of the ring, we can further modify it until you are satisfied. |

Step 4 Get The Custom Ring After we confirm the design of the ring and the payment of the ring. You will receive the ring in about 20 days. We do not support the return and exchange of customized rings, but we support the warranty of customized rings. |
