What is the return policy?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee a rapid and convenient return process.U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
You may return some item(s) within 60 days from when the order was placed.
1. Sign into your account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
If you prefer to return the item(s) using the mail carrier of your choice instead, please ship the item(s) you are returning to us at the following address (the shipping charges must be paid by customer in this case. We also recommend using the shipping method with tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return):

Please ensure that the return is executed with care to avoid any damage to the returned items.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by AGVANA.COM, the refund for eligible returns (unused and undamaged items in original packaging) will be processed within two weeks. Please note the refunds will be released to the original method of payment.

How can I track my order?
Have an account?
Great! Login and head over to your Agvana account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

Processing
Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 3-4 business days!
Shipped
Yay! Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.
Partial
Oh, looks like your order has a backorder or made-to-order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your Mejuri piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first (applies for US/Canada only)
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Do you have a warranty?
Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for six months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.
We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Agvana.

Important
1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Agvana.com and/or Agavna amazon stores) are not covered under Agvana’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work. Although we do not offer any repair or resizing service, if your Agvana piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please contect us.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?
Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time of year. - Log into your Agvana account and select "My Orders"
- Find your order and click "Return Items"
- Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup!
If you do not have an account
- No worries, you can create one now and follow the above steps, OR
- Based on where the order was originally shipped to, you can click one of the following and initiate a return!

When will I receive my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! For more details, please check our Payments FAQs here!
I mistakenly returned the wrong item!
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Agvana cannot reship or store non-Agvana items mistakenly sent as returns.

Can I order a custom piece?
Custom Design
We're not able to accommodate custom design at the moment but we encourage you to join our newsletter - we launch new products weekly so you'll definitely find something you love!
Custom Sizing
The sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we're able to offer at this time.
Custom Engraving
We currently only offer the font styles shown on the individual product pages for engravable items. The maximum number and the type of characters used are outlined on each product page under ‘Description and Details!‘. We do not provide engraving services after the fact for pieces that have already been shipped or purchased in-store.
Kindly note that we may cancel your order should the engraving request includes any profanity or derogatory words.
Do prices ever change?
Everchanging factors such as global supply chain disruption, inflation, and cost fluctuation of raw materials such as gold and diamonds may impact our prices from time to time. We continue to monitor production factors and do our absolute best to always give you high-quality products at accessible prices.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:
1. PayPal:
The most popular online payment method. We are fully PayPal verified so you can always shop with peace of mind.
2. Credit Card Via Paypal:
Credit card via Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.) For USA customers only at the moment.
3. Credit Card:
Buyers can pay securely by credit card directly.
PAYMENT METHODS
A We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Venmo, Visa. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure.
You may also pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to WWW.AGVANA.COM
*For all products purchased at AGVANA.COM, customers do not need to pay sales tax for the order. All order prices are included in sales tax.
Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees?
Duties and Taxes
1. United States and Canada Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
2. Australia, United Kingdom and Germany Import taxes and duties are included in the product price and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
3. Other international shipments There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Agvana does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Agvana does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Mejuri. As we're based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a 'foreign company' and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

How do discount codes work?
Simply enter the discount code by using the Add coupon code field found in cart!
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Agvana has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
Kindly note that Agvana gift cards are excluded from all discounts.
